Functional Movement to balance the body

Frequently Asked Questions
Postural Assessment and Treatment Protocols

What should I wear to the seminar?

For the postural assessment, wear shorts and a t-shirt. We will be measuring throughout the day, so please bring something warm to wear over your measuring clothes, to minimize the time needed to change clothes. The first day focuses on the lower body, so please dress accordingly.

What should I bring to the seminar?

  • A massage table with a bottom sheet (we will not be using a top sheet). If bringing a table does not work with your travel plans, please Contact Us.
  • Colored pens:  3 different colors (red, green & black are suggested).
  • Snacks: You know your own body, and what your nutritional needs are. Also, the seminar site provides water service and some snacks.
  • Optional Items: If you have/use these items, please bring them. If you don't have them, they will be available for use (and for sale) at the seminar.
    • Goniometer
    • Foot Leveler kit
    • Plumb bob

How else can I prepare?
